Can I place a same day order?Our cookies are baked fresh, we ask that you please place your order 72 hours prior to delievery or pick up.

Do you offer a delivery option?Yes, delievery is offered thoughout Ottawa/Gatineau area for an additional fee. Flaterate:8$ Additional fee may apply if out of region.

Refund Policy
All online orders are final and non-refundable. Due to the fact that Milien's of Cookies products are perishable, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
We are not to be held responsible for theft or damage to packages left outdoors resulting from a delivery where no one is able to receive the package.
We are not to be held responsible for product that has been affected by temperature during the delivery process.
We are not to be held responsible for wildlife getting into your package.
Cancellations & Modifications
Milien's of Cookies product are perishable items, orders may not be cancelled within 2 business days of pick or delivery. If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please email us at miliensofcookies@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and make you happy, however, please understand that due to how we process our orders and our production schedule, certain requests may not be accepted.
